The change leadership foundation was originally created by two award-winning HR/Change practitioners, Tony Hooper and Tony Garnett, as a “body of knowledge” to promote better success rates for organisations implementing major change. Their extensive experience of working with large UK and international companies at line as well as executive level having given them unique insight into the reasons why change so frequently fails, and more importantly, what tangible methods and behaviours can help secure robust, sustainable success. The fundamental premise for the foundation is that it is people that make the difference, and that leaders of change need to understand and display a range of skills, knowledge and behaviour that will enable all stakeholders to ultimately deliver organisational change.

The two Tonys first worked together during the merger of Lloyds and TSB, the largest Financial Services merger in Europe at the time. Both have undertaken varied senior management roles during their careers. They have managed to concentrate their combined knowledge, into an irresistible management programme – the change leadership experience -  that stimulates and delivers real pragmatic development.
