The change leadership experience is a 2 day programme that is all about coaching leaders in what it takes to ensure that everyone involved in planning for, implementing and delivering change is well informed, motivated and competent to do so. It gives you the edge that makes the difference. We take you through the reasons why change so often fails and give you innovative ways of measuring and capturing success. We prefer to keep groups small, typically 12/15, so that we can keep the experience personal and interactive. Wherever possible, we will prioritise time so as to be able to tackle whatever concerns the groups may have.  We do not lecture at you for 2 days!
