participant cancellations – upon receipt of your booking form and full payment your places(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation must be received by e-mail / in writing. The following charges will apply: 30 + days before the programme – 20% + VAT 15 – 30 days before the programme – 50% + VAT 1 – 15 days before the programme – 100% + VAT substitutions – a substitute participant can be named at any time before the programme without charge, providing the change in nominee has been advised by e-mail/ or in writing. If a substitute participant cancels, the cancellation charges will apply. disability requirements – please notify us 30 days before the programme start date if you have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print etc. We welcome participants with disabilities. programme delivery – it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the change leadership foundation to change the venue and/or presenters. programme cancellation – in the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, the change leadership foundation will make a full refund but disclaim further liability. programme materials – all materials are the sole copyright of the change leadership foundation and can only be used or replicated with the written approval of the Senior Partners. we endeavour to keep the small print straightforward. |
